Getting Started - Settings
To view the WorkflowManager settings, click on the
WorkflowManager pull-down menu at the top of the
screen. Click on "Settings."
The first two checkboxes determine if sound plays when
tasks arrive in your Group Inbox or Inbox. If you have a
sound card, you may want to check these boxes.
The third choice determines if you will have Quick Tasks
displayed at the bottom of your inbox screen.
Quick Tasks will allow you to start tasks for projects
without being in the Projects tab. Enter the task description
and indicate whether you want to add to the highlighted
project in your inbox or add to a new project. Then click Go
to start the task.
The fourth choice in the settings screen determines how
items are displayed in your inbox. Click on the down arrow
next to the displayed selection. The choices on the menu show
how items will be shown in your inbox as follows.
- None - no font changes will be displayed
- Normal

- Bold font - tasks whose details (or project
details) have not been viewed by the resource to whom
they are assigned
- Plain font - tasks whose details (or project
details) have been viewed by the resource to whom they
are assigned
- Advanced

- Bold font - tasks that were not in the inbox of the
resource to whom they are assigned the last time it was
viewed
- Plain font - tasks whose details (or project
details) have not been viewed by the resource to whom
they are assigned
- Italic font - tasks whose details (or project
details) have been viewed by the resource to whom they
are assigned
