Task Scheduler - Add Task Reminder
The Add a Task Reminder feature is an optional feature
available when you reply to a task, forward a task, or close
a task from your digital Inbox. It is an easy way to add an
action to the task that sends an email reminder to either the
task's recipient or sender. It also allows you to add an
action that transfers the task back to the sender. You
establish the date and time for the email reminder or
transfer.
To add a reminder to a task from your Inbox
- Click to select the desired task and select to either
reply, forward, or close the task
- Select the type of action/reminder
- Set the date and time for the action/reminder
While this feature is primarily designed to be used when
replying to or forwarding a task, it can be used with a close
task if you wish to be notified if the task is ever
reactivated.
