Task Scheduler - Group Inbox Screen
      The Group Inbox screen in WorkflowManager displays
      the task(s) that are available to your work group or
      department but have not yet been assigned to a specific
      individual. The task name and the name of the associated
      project are displayed as well as task due date, priority
      assignment, estimated hours for completion, and the Primary
      contact. Tasks that are displayed on this screen are
      available to be claimed by a member of the respective
      team.
      
      The Group Inbox screen is one of the three main screens
      (tabs) when you enter WorkflowManager
      
      To access the Group Inbox:
      
        - Enter WorkflowManager and click on the Group Inbox
        screen.
 
      
      
      Using the Group Inbox screen you can:
      
        - Claim a task.
 
        - View the details of a task.
 
        - View the details of the task's project
 
        - Open the Primary contact's digital file in
        ContactManager
 
      
      
      To navigate from the task to its respective project, click on
      the specific task then click on the "Open this Task's
      Project" toolbar icon or use the right-click menu
      selection.
      
      To open the Primary contact's digital file click on the
      specific task then click on the "Open Primary Contact"
      toolbar icon or use the right-click menu selection.
      
      You can adjust the list column order, column width, and list
      sort order for your personal preferences.
