Using WorkflowManager - Time Slip
General information
The Time Slip screen resembles a time tracking card and is a
data collection area for the actual time that was spent on a
specific task or project. Since data input in the Time Slip
screen is associated with a specific task, this input screen
is generally used when entering the time spent on a task at
the time that the work has been completed as opposed to at
the end of the day.
Using the Time Slip you can:
- Enter the time spent on a task or project.
- View a list of all of your time spent entries for the
specific task or project.
Time Slip display
The Time Slip screen display includes:
- Time entry date
- Time spent entry for the specific task or project. The
minutes display is presented as a decimal. For example, 1
hour and 30 minutes is displayed as 1.5 hours.
- Name of the resource (individual)
- Any comments that have been entered for the specific
task or project.
