Using WorkflowManager - Related Forms
General Information
A related form or file can be established for a project or a
project template. These are placed in the Forms folder. Other
types of forms or files may be stored in a new file that you
have created.
Forms Folder
Each project or template has a Forms folder. HTML forms that
are created are stored in this folder and can be used as in
WorkflowManager or in a contact's digital file.
The Forms folder is permanent and cannot be deleted. No
sub-folders can be added to this folder. The Forms folder is
a shared folder and includes all HTML forms of your account.
Due to its shared status, deleting a form from the Forms
folder removes that HTML form from all template and project
work.
To add a related form to the Forms folder do the
following:
- From the Documents/Related Items screen, click to
select the Forms folder do one of the following:
- Click on the "Insert Form" toolbar icon, select the
form from the list provided and click the OK button to
return to the Related Items screen.
- Drag and drop the form of your choice from an open
Windows Explorer directory into the Related Items Forms
folder.
