Using WorkflowManager - Related Items
General Information
The Documents/Related Items screen allows you to establish
contacts (individuals) and files that are related to a
project or template. The screen also allows you to set
padlock permissions.
The tree control list on the left pane of the screen displays
the digital file that is associated with your specific
project or project template. Each project's digital file
automatically has a Contacts folder and a Forms folder. New
folders can be added by clicking on the New Folder toolbar
icon.
The toolbar icons and the available functionality varies
depending upon the hierarchy level of the digital file tree
control list. For example, if you click on the project folder
you can add a new folder, add a contact note, and insert a
new digital item. However, if you click on the Contacts
folder the icons change to allow you to add a new related
contact. Position the mouse cursor over a toolbar icon to
read the popover caption.
The Documents/Related Items screen that is available in
WorkflowManager is actually a part of the ContactManager
skillset. Typically in WorkflowManager the screen is used to
establish contacts, forms, and padlocks.
