Task Scheduler - Task List Icons
In WorkflowManager, tasks are displayed on lists using
specific task icons.
These icons act as a visual cue and provide information about
the task. The following specific icons are displayed on the
lists:
- Assigned Task
- Available Task
- Closed Task
- Suspended Task
- Task with Error
- Waiting on Dependency
- Waiting on Form
Overdue Task
A task that is overdue is displayed with a red background to
the task icon.
Task with Double-click Action
A task that has a "double-click" action associated with it is
displayed with a lightning bolt on the task icon.
Task with Error
A task with an error is at a standstill because of the error.
Mostly likely, the problem is that an action associated with
this task cannot be completed. For example, an invalid e-mail
address was used for a delivery message. To reactivate the
task, correct the problem then right-click on the task and
select "reactivate".
