Security - Using Encryption Keys

If your WorkflowCentre Account is setup to use encryption, you must have an Encryption Key in order to open, view and edit documents stored in any contact's digital file. Your system administrator should have created the Original Encryption Key and given each employee a copy.

To use the Encryption Key:

• Insert the PortalsXpress Encryption Key into the USB port (or floppy disk drive).
• You can now access all files for which you have permission.
• Note: You cannot create or edit a document without the Encryption Key in place.
