Digital File - Preview Private Client Site

If you have proper padlock permissions, you can preview a client's Private Client Site. Previewing a Private Client Site allows any Internal Resource to preview the experience a customer will have when using their PortalsXpress account to manage documents and communicate with you through a web browser.

To preview a Private Client site, simply select the contact and use one of the following methods:

  • Right click and select Preview Private Client Site
  • Double click to open the digital file and click the Preview Private Client Site icon
  • Use the Keyboard Shortcut Ctrl+R to Preview the Private Client Site
