Email Blaster - Introduction
Welcome to Email Blaster. Email Blaster allows you to send
bulk emails to contacts you manage through Contact Manager.
Email Blaster allows you to:

store email templates for use by you or any authorized
user on your TSV account;

send plain text emails or HTML emails;

capture emails to recipient's digital file
-
personalize emails with your firm's banner
-
preview email deliveries before they are sent;
-
send emails with attachments (stored in Document Manager);
-
send up to 1,000 emails per month (other Price Plan
subscriptions are available);
-
easily manage email delivery status through Distribution
Reports.
Getting Started
You can access Email Blaster from the Getting Started tab
in PortalsXpress. Simply Click on Email Blaster
and you will immediately be directed to the Email Blaster
page where you can begin preparing for your email blast.
You will notice that the page is divided into two
sections; the top section is where your email templates
are stored and the bottom section is the actual email
that you will prepare and send.
Email Blaster can also be accessed by activating the
ContactManager tab, then picking "Email Blaster" from the
top of the "ContactManager" menu.
