Using ContactManager - Account Executive
The Account Executive dialog is accessible both from a
Contact's General tab and the ContactManager menu's
Set Account Executive menu item.
The Account Executive button in the Contact's General
tab allows you to set a single contact's Account Executive.
To set multiple contacts to have the same Account Executive, select
the applicable contacts in ContactManager's contact list, and select
the Set Account Executive menu item from the ContactManager
drop-down menu.
The Account Executive dialog allows you to select an Account Executive for
a contact. The Account Executive is typically the
individual responsible for managing the contact (like a sales
representative, mortgage broker, etc.)
Inside this dialog, you can choose to have the Account
Executive notified via Messenger or email when the contact posts or views
a digital item within their Private Client Site.
The Account Executive can receive these notifications via Messenger
by logging into the PortalsXpress application and making sure
the ContactManager menu's Send Alerts Via Messenger option
is CHECKED. If this option is UNCHECKED, the notifications will be sent to
the Account Executive's preferred email address.
Benefits to receiving notifications via Messenger include direct link access
to both the Contact and the Digital Item the contact viewed or posted.
This Account Executive dialog also allows you to remove or change the
Account Executive.
