Using Messenger - Undeliverable Message
PortalsXpress Messenger notifies you if a message that you
attempt to send is undeliverable. All undeliverable messages
are placed in your "outbox" folder on the Messages tab. To
correct the problem, go to the "outbox" folder and double
click on the message. Messenger will inform you of the reason
the message was undeliverable; for example, "PortalsXpress
member has not granted you permission to send them
messages."
