Scanning Documents into a folder
You can scan documents directly into a folder using the
DocumentManager scanning feature.
To scan for DocumentManager storage:
- Verify that your scanner is installed and
functioning.
- Click on the down arrow next to the Scan toolbar button
to select your scanner source from the list.
- Insert a document into the scanner. Depending on your
type of scanner, 1) the document will automatically scan or
2) click the Scan toolbar button in DocumentManager.
- The Post-Scan Editor will appear and allow you to crop,
rotate and scan additional pages.
- Click the Done toolbar button in the Post-Scan Editor
to save the scanned images.
- Select the destination folder in the Select Print/Scan
Destination dialog and click OK.
