Glossary of Terms
      Context Sensitive Help - This allows you to click
      on a certain section (normally a single control) and obtain
      help specific to that item.
      
      Digital File- An electronic file folder used to store
      contact information in the same manner as the client's paper
      file folder. It allows you to manage projects and related
      folders for a particular client or contact. You can "drill
      down" into a client's project information and edit/delete
      existing data for that contact. You can also store anything
      in the digital file. Examples of this are: spreadsheets,
      documents, tax returns, etc.
      
      Digital Item- Any file (i.e., spreadsheet, word
      document, graphics file, etc.) stored on your local or
      network drive that has been imported and stored in
      ContactManager.
      
      Drag and Drop - You can click on an object (file,
      folder, etc.) and while clicked, you can physically drag the
      item to another area where you want that item placed, and
      then release the mouse to drop the item in the new location.
      You can drag and drop an item from one location to another
      within ContactManager, or you can drag and drop an item from
      Windows Explorer to inside a ContactManager folder.
      
      Import - This function allows you to import files from
      an external source.
      
      Padlocks - A security device which allows you to limit
      the level of access to folder.
      
      Padlock Editor - A feature that allows you to set the
      levels of access to files.
      
      Resource : Internal - A contact that works within your
      organization. The contact does not necessarily have to work
      for you, but you do want the user to have access to your
      PortalsXpress account.
      
      Skillset- A tool included as part of PortalsXpress that
      improves your efficiency. The tools available include
      DocumentManager, Messenger, ContactManager, WorkflowManager,
      and ResourceManager.
