Setup - Moving Saved Messages From One Computer to Another

1. On the old computer, shut down PortalsXpress.
   pick the "File / Exit PortalsXpress" menu item
2. Check the Windows Task Scheduler to make sure that "PortalsXpressDB.exe" is no longer running.
   Watch the "Processes" table until "PortalsXpressDB.exe" disappears from it
3. Find the "PortalsXpress" database folder on the old computer.
   pick Windows' "Start / Search" menu item, and find "db.his"
4. Copy the following data files from the old computer's "PortalsXpress" database folder to the new computer's Desktop:
   db.his
   db.idx
   db.log
   db.map
   db.odb
   
   
5. Install PortalsXpress on the new computer.
6. When the "Create a Trial Kit Account" dialog appears, click "Register Later".
7. Check the Windows Task Scheduler to make sure that "PortalsXpressDB.exe" is no longer running.
8. Find the "PortalsXpress" database folder on the new computer.
   pick Windows' "Start / Search" menu item, and find "db.his"
9. Copy the data files (i.e., "db.his", etc.) from the new computer's Desktop to its "PortalsXpress" database folder, overwriting the files that are already there.
10. Restart PortalsXpress.
    pick the "PortalsXpress" item from Windows' "Start / Programs" menu
