Notes, comments and documents are saved with each current task. Interface with your current document storage solution by using hyperlinks to local documents. The connection between projects, documents and notes is retained for later search.

PortalsXpress can support both on-site and off-site team members, using either the full workflow interface for primary team members, or using the web interface to respond to sub-tasks.

Project templates for specific project types can support role accounts, that select from a team of professionals, such as CAD, document preparation experts, or marketing experts.

Time completion estimates are available for projects and sub-projects. Assign tasks across your entire team and estimate your total hours. When you're done, you can see how close your estimates were by comparing estimated time to actual time spent.
